Proprietor of fourteen castles throughout Europe, this passionate gentleman also owns Hôtel du Lac Carling. Following the detailed restorations of his various properties, he decided to create a modern-day castle, thus the construction of Hôtel du Lac Carling. Its old-world charm and elegance combined with today’s conveniences (inside pool and tennis courts, nautilus, health spa) are the expression of romanticism and good taste modernism.

Located close to the village of Pine Hill and a step away from the Carling Lake Golf Club’s first tee, Hôtel du Lac Carling is synonymous of discreet getaway. The three-story hotel offers 97 rooms and suites tastefully decorated with a view on the golf course and on the magnificent Laurentian nature. Each room, from the spacious Classic to the Deluxe rooms with Jacuzzi and the two-story Suites, has its own bathroom whose lustre is evidenced, amongst other things, by the amber veined Portugal marble reminiscent of European castles.

Have a gourmet diner at Restaurant l’If! Its cathedral ceiling and fireplace will add charm and elegance to your meal. The lounge suit is required for diner at Restaurant l’If.

During the summer, get a breath of fresh air and have diner outside on Hôtel du Lac Carling terrace. Since it can accommodate up to 60 guests, group diners are welcomed.
