Carling Lake Golf Club is happy to introduce you to some of our staff who will go out of their ways to make sure your visit to the pro shop, on the course and in our restaurant will be pleasurable and memorable. Sylvie Nelson, coordinator to golf events, has more than 15 years of experience to show for in this field of activity. She will gladly help you organize and coordinate your golf tournament in a way that will fit your needs and image to your entire satisfaction. You will immediately recognize the proverbial André Burns’ Irish smile as he will greet you at the bag drop. Golf pro for over 50 years, André will show you the way to our course and club house all the while telling you his countless golf anecdotes and encounters with the greats of the game like Gary Player, Arnold Palmer and others. Of her 27 years as a chef, Monique Desjardins spent 24 at Carling Lake Golf Club. Her ultimate goal with her creative and original cuisine is to catch the golfer’s eye, tease and delight his taste buds. Monique and her team will offer you a hearty breakfast before your round; on Fridays and Saturdays she could also make your day with an excellent table d’hôte at the end of your stay. Her most famous roast beef au jus served at tournament banquets has been rated by all as second to none. Diane Cloutier, our head hostess, tactfully and efficiently oversees Carling Lake’s food and beverage department. At the bar, in the restaurant and at the quick lunch 9 ½, she heads an experienced and considerate team of employees ready to offer you quick and efficient service. Isabelle Lauzon, our course superintendant, has been associated with golf for over 15 years. She joined the Carling Lake Golf Club’s team in 1999 as horticulturist and attendant at the bag drop and reception. In 2006, she became our golf course superintendant. In charge of the reception, Brigitte Rodrigue will be your first contact at Carling Lake Golf Club. You can count on her good directions and proper advice on how to handle our capriciously undulated greens
